The 30th county created on 13 Dec 1798, formed out of a part of Campbell County, and is situated in the most Northern Part of the state,
the county is named for frontiersman Daniel Boone.
Map
Its county seat is Burlington.
Some records may have been destroyed in the late 1880s dueto a fire.

Our goal is to help you track your ancestors through time by transcribing genealogical and historical data for the free use of all researchers.
