Graham County
Graham
County was organized in 1880; it was named for Captain John L. Graham,
Kansas 8th Regiment, killed in action in the Civil War.
Hill City is the county seat; other communities include Roscoe, Nicodemus, Studley, Smithfield, Penokee and St. Peter.
