The valuations on this site reflect the results of a State Mandated Statistical Revaluation by the City of Pawtucket in conjunction with Vision Government Solutions Inc.

The effective date of the revaluation was December 31, 2023. (assessment date) 

These assessments are intended to reflect 100% for the fair market value of each property as of the assessment date.  

Please do not use the 2023 tax rates with the new assessments.  New tax rates for 2024 will be set by the Council in late May
