The information provided in this database is the result of the statistical update of real property as of April 1st, 2010 for the tax year 2010 performed by Brett S. Purvis & Associates, Inc. In order to ensure that appraisals reflect the full and true value, Brett S. Purvis & Associates, Inc was provided copies of all property transfers for the last three years immediately preceding the effective date of the revaluation ~ 04-01-2010. This information was adjusted for deflation when deemed necessary.

The primary reason for the statistical update is to comply with the current NH statutes that require market values on properties at least once every five years. The first year for this cycle in New Durham begins with the 2005 tax year.

Property owners are encouraged to check the accuracy of the detail section of their property description. Please contact the Town Offices with any changes.

Property owners with questions concerning their new 2010 values are asked to use this database and compare their property with similar type houses in their neighborhood.
