The Clerk of Court and Comptroller is one of five constitutional officers, elected by the citizens and responsible for safeguarding all public records and funds. Clerk Harrell also serves as the County Recorder, Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, Custodian of County Funds, and County Auditor.
