The Town of Little Compton contracted with Vision Government Solutions, Inc of Hudson, Massachusetts to assist with the state mandated statistical revaluation project. This reassessment project began April 2, 2024 and continued through the calendar year. 

The Information provided in this database is the basis of the valuation for each property in the Town of Little Compton as of Dec 31, 2024.
 

NEW VALUES FOR THE 2024 STATISTICAL REVALUATION PROJECT HAVE BEEN SENT OUT FOR REVIEW. THE UPDATED LETTERS SHOULD BE DELIVERED BY MARCH 20, 2025.

YOU MAY SET UP AN INFORMAL REVIEW, THE DATES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED DUE TO DELAY IN MAILING. 

If you do not have access to a computer, you may call Vision Government Solutions at 1-888-844-4300 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. Please keep in mind that the call center operators making the appointments are not qualified to discuss values or parcel data.
